Divine Father and Mother

So God created the human being in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them.

God hugs you. You are encircled by the arms of the mystery of God.

Send us Thy peace, O Lord, our Father and Mother, that we, Thy children on earth, may all unite in one family.

Heaven is my father and Earth is my mother, and even such a small being as I finds an intimate place in their midst.

We refer to the Fatherhood of God, which is fine but incomplete… We have hardly spoken about the Motherhood of God, and consequently we have been poorer for this.

In the center grows a mighty flowering tree of life sheltering all the children of one mother and one father. All life is holy.

As truly as God is our Father, so truly is God our Mother.

When you go to the spirit world, you will not only have a Heavenly Father but also a Heavenly Mother.

The Divine has loved me as mother, as father, and as friend, behind all friends.
