This is the basis of hope in moments of despair… the source of confidence when worlds crash and dreams whiten into ash… Look well to the growing edge!

When we’re cracked open, we’re shown the tender fact that we’re all in this together. In that naked moment, we’re humbled and awed by the forces of grace that are always present, waiting to heal our heart.

Our God is an expert at dealing with chaos, with brokenness, with all the worst that we can imagine. God created order out of disorder, cosmos out of chaos, and God can do so always, can do so now…

Through violence you may murder a hater, but you cannot murder hate. Darkness cannot put out darkness. Only light can do that.
